i am 35 weeks pregnant and had the same problem, i have started drinking nothing but water, it was hard at first but it def works, i also used milk of magnesia and it is completely safe. take it before you go to bed and by the time you wake in the morning you should be able to go atleast a little bit. i also eat ice whichs helps me too, im uming its the water also. good luck i know you are miserable :(
