My cat left here newborn babies, what do i do ?

my cat just had four babies. 3 are moving around, and one is laying there with the slime still all over it. We think its dead, we dont know what to do. She wont go help them. what do i do ? shes meowing like she wants to, but she wont help them. i think the fourth one is dead...
