SHOULD I go 4 it?

i like this guy in my cl. I want 2 tell him i like him. Is writing a note an immature way 2 tell him? Or should I tell him i want 2 talk 2 him & give him a kiss. I don't know him all that well. I thought I did at first but now I'm uncertain. I'm really scared. My friend says I should just go 4 it & C what happens. Well I'll give some background info on the guy. He just came from China 3 years ago. He's typically really nice but there r times he can be an @$$. What should I do? What's a mature way 2 tell him? I'm really scared of telling him. Anyhow, there are 2 possibility. 1 being that he will say no politely or 2 being he will reject me rudely. Then there's the possibility he will like me & tell he's waiting 2 date till college. We're both 17. What's your advice? I want 2 either move on or get it over with
