I'll be alone for the holidays this year and would like to take a ski trip. I'm in L.A., so flying somewhere would be easy. I'm looking for somewhere that isn't super expensive and is easy to get to if I fly into a nearby airport. I've checked travel sites and flights to Sun Valley and Jackson Hole are $500 +. Any ideas? I'm not sure how far I'd have to drive to find a ski resort near Tahoe if I flew into Reno. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
