Leaving the family (getting kicked out) on 18th birthday, any organizations that give out a hand?

Well i got a roof over my head for 4 more months, so i dont have much time left i know what i am going todo but would need help with it so i was wondering if there are any government organizations or private that provide shelter and help in finding a job, and help with community collage expenses etc till the person could stabilize
