Ok if my room in my apartment were to catch on fire I don't know how firemen would be able to get to it... on one side of the apartment there is a line of homes.. and on the other side there's the pool a fence and more property... the back on the apt has a 10 or so car parking lot and it is very small as well as the front.. basically our guests have to park in the street its so small... and we have this brick building in the front of my apt that i don't think would allow a firetruck to even fit... and then there are stairs leading to our apartment buildings from the small parking lots.. i just don't know how they would handle it if there was a fire.. is there someone i can report this to?

The exercises that should be done are calisthenics or core body workouts. Do free squats, walk lunge, push-ups, tricep dips, side laterals with books of equal weight, etc, etc. Second to this is your diet, now all that is really required here is common sense, you see eating the standard three meals a day might not work for you becuase while working out you will be more hungry through out your day. Eat small meals. They should be equal in amounts, Protiens , carbohydrates, minerials, fats, fiber.

Back pain a few months after kidney infections?

A few months ago, I started getting little 'twinges' in my back. I figured it was just sore from working but then I found blood in my urine and realized I had a kidney infection. It quickly became unbareable and I could barely get up. My doctor had me on levaquin. A week later I went back and still had blood in my urine but he said I was probably ok. But, just a few days later my symptoms were back. A round of zithromax seemed to clear it up finally. But now, months later I am suddenly getting tingling/stabbing pains in my back. My doctor acts like im a hypochondriac so i havent gone back. What do you think? See a new doctor? Or is it probably just regular old back soreness?

It's very possible you have Borderline Personality Disorder...I think I had it...it took me years to get over it..but the way I got over it, or the way I integrated emotions back into my normal every day life..is I ended up being alone...kind of isolated, and I had to rely on other people for money, food, etc...I also ended up being abandoned by someone I really got close to...and that kind of triggered those abandonement issues, and I ended up suffering a lot, and that's how I got back in touch with my emotions. Borderlines have emotions, it's just that those emotions are buried underneath a lot of hurt that has been suppressed, repressed. Also I think it's very common that Borderlines are born to people, or have someone in their family who has another personality disorder, not necessarily Borderline. I read somewhere that Borderline Personality Disorder forms when a key person in the child's life fails to prevent that child from harm....I hope this helps. Good luck.

I suffered a Heart Attack on Feb 14th of this year.. I have been depressed ever since.. My husband and I went to a hospital in Florida ( Just moved to Florida) he told them I was having chest pains and had been depressed and spoke that maybe they would be better off without me cause I felt useless.. The Baker acted me and put me in a nut hut for 72 hours for observation... Since we did not have insurance yet in Florida they put me in a state run hospital and the conditions were terrible and most patients there were homeless or drug addicts. I was very difficult and angry for being there.. When I left the psychiatrist attached a diagnosis of boderline personality disorder to me..Reading it it sounds nothing like me maybe when I was like a teen-eager I am now 47 years old.. I feel like she put this label on me simply cause I was angry because the nurses were not giving me my cardiac meds and I was angry for being there. What the hell is this Baker act and how in the heck did she diagnosis me in 72 hours with a major personality disorder!! If I had been a man and angry would they have labeled me with this.. Oh my gosh I am so pissed and upset!!

In op Temp gage on 1994 GM Suburban 1500?

the temp gage in my suburban only rising one notch when driving. When the engine is turned off it moves to the correct temp--if I restart it goes back to original location. I have changed sensor which didn't make a difference. Also, when starting the engine the temp gage needle pegs to the high side of the gage until it starts then returns to the cold location. All the other gages in the car work properly. How can I pinpoint the problem without changing out everything??

How do I deal with the uptight, straightedge people at school?

Hey guys so at my high school a lot of people have been avoiding me because a lot of them or intimidated, or scared. That's what I hear, anyway. You very well could be dyslexic. The symptoms you describe fit the diagnoses. First of all, don't worry about what others do. How long it takes you to do something versus how long it takes them. It just doesn't matter. Concentrate on yourself. If you write things backwards, but notice it right away shows you are compensating for your mistakes. Reading out loud is a good way to make sense of what you read. Also, when doing something talk yourself through it - also aloud. It doesn't surprise me that you take a long time on quizzes, but there is nothing wrong with that. The race isn't to the swift, it is to those that get it right. It is also not unusual for dyslexics to have problems with math. It is very important to be as organized as you can be. Use colored folders - one color for each subject. Make sure you put everything away right away. Ever hear of the saying "A place for everything and everything in its place?" That is especially important for dyslexics! Decide on a place for important things and then always put them in that spot. Even to the point of putting tape on the table/desk/whatever in the shape of the item. It helps as a reminder of where it goes. It is so important that you always put things where they belong right away. Don't be afraid to ask questions. What you don't know may be what others need to know either. It probably isn't common knowledge. Ask what you need to ask. I don't think the motion-sickness and headaches are related to dyslexia, but I am not a doctor. And yes, I am dyslexic and have learned to compensate for my "disability" and so can you. I am also a recently retired special ed teacher.

i'm finding information on behalf of a friend. they are in ait training right now and was told that when he gets back he needs to do one weekend of training each month until his contract releases him. He was also told that he would be discharged as OTH if he didn't show up to those drills. my question is .. is this true? are there any consequences? i was told by a hotline that they would just discharge you by mail and they don't bother trying to track you down or arrest you unless you're of higher status and are valuable to them. can you do jailtime for not going to weekend drills? if you don't go to them will they just eventually discharge you and let it be?

So for the next 6 months I am going to train and workout hard until it hurts when I walk. I am gonna push myself to the maximum and I am gonna workout like a madman and only eat fruits and vegetables. Financial aid award letter help?

I received my award letter from school, giving me a 1500 stafford subsidized loan and 2750 unsubsidized loan. I accepted both and sent it back(not even a week ago). I then applied for the loans and signed the MPN. This was on Thursday(8/14). On Friday 8/15 I checked the status of the application online, and it showed I had a sub. loan application as incomplete. It said it was working with my school to find out eligibility and a few other things. I take it this means getting the loan certified. However, it is now showing anything about an unsub. loan. Do they process one at a time? I did not receive any grants,but at the time I applied for these loans on 8/14, I was only enrolled with 6 hours. I now have 12. Would this matter? My neighbour also used Home Depot to renovate his kitchen. The contractors did a terrible job and took way longer than Home Depot had promised. One example of the poor workmanship was that the electrician drilled a hole through the wall to the outdoors, and left it wide open like that for bugs etc. to get in. My neighbour had to call home depot and complain to get someone to come back and fix it. He had tons of other issues with the workmanship too, so I would definitely never use them. Obviously Home Depot needs to do a better job of checking their sub-contractors' references, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction (and taking contractors who do a crappy job off of their list).

So I told my parents I was transferring to the local Community College to get my EMT-P and they were thrilled beyond all belief. From the research I've done, Photoshop is the best Adobe CS5 application to make greeting cards with. Correct me if I'm wrong. Anyway, I've found some tutorials, but most of them show how to make an unfolded postcard, and they're usually targeted towards holidays (Christmas, Valentine's, etc.). I am fairly new to Photoshop, and what I have mainly used it for is just editing and enhancing photos. Are there any tutorials out there on how to make a folded anniversary card with CS5? First, pay off the electric bill asap. With it out there, you will not get a loan and it could cause your credit card interest rates to be increased. If you cannot pay it off at once, talk to the utility and work out a payment plan to pay it off asap. Then, you can talk to your credit union re a loan but I doubt whether you will get one even then. You need to start paying off your card with the highest interest rate. You need to find a part time job or cut back on your spending. No going out etc. Make payments on your credit cards as early in the month as you can as interest compounds daily. Bankruptcy is not an option for you, I think.

Post Foley Catheter signs and symptoms?

I recently underwent ureatroplasty surgery and had a foley catheter in me for 3 weeks. I had it taken out about 3 days ago. I have a real hard time urinating. It isnt a solid stream, and it burns a little bit. It also feels like I have to urinate all the time. I have a Boston Terrier/Jack Russell mix who is 16 months old. She was a little stubborn when it came to housebreaking her (and she has a chewing problem), so we keep her in a kennel anytime that we are gone. She is a great dog. SHe is a small dog and I kow that she can only hold for so long. BUT NO. She pee'd in the middle of my BED...MY BED... and poo'd on a pile of hubby's clothes. So here's my story: I was on Depo for 4.5 years (way too long), came off of it 2 years ago last month. DH and I decided to not use protection, because of the lost fertility b/c of the Depo. Finally after 2 years, found out that my fertility has returned (using ClearBlue Easy Fertility Monitor) as of May 2008. Got the little ovulation symbol on the 12/13 of May and 10/11/12ish of June. My period was 1 week early in May and hasn't come in June, and is currently 1 week late. HPTs have been negative. Not any unusual stressors in my life, nothing that should cause my period to be late. Since coming off the depo (within a year of coming off), my cycle has been 35 days clockwork. Delaying going to Dr until the insurance from new job kicks in. Could I still be pregnant? Seems like my are a bit bigger and I've had to pee more...but why would HPTs come up negative?

I am bias and if you come to this section a lot then you know I'm a huge Oakland Raiders fan. I am going to give you some reasons why I would love to see them in the playoffs though. They have been on hard times since 2002 and it has been so hard for Raider fans since then. The Super Bowl loss against Tampa Bay started this and it would be great to see the Raiders relive their glory and return the the playoffs. Raider fans are some of the most loyal fans in the NFL and they could use something to cheer about. The Raiders have been playing great and hopefully they can get it down against the chiefs. Right now im sick with alot of stress aggrevated illnesses.
