Back pain a few months after kidney infections?

A few months ago, I started getting little 'twinges' in my back. I figured it was just sore from working but then I found blood in my urine and realized I had a kidney infection. It quickly became unbareable and I could barely get up. My doctor had me on levaquin. A week later I went back and still had blood in my urine but he said I was probably ok. But, just a few days later my symptoms were back. A round of zithromax seemed to clear it up finally. But now, months later I am suddenly getting tingling/stabbing pains in my back. My doctor acts like im a hypochondriac so i havent gone back. What do you think? See a new doctor? Or is it probably just regular old back soreness?
