If Washington did not have the Capitals, would we be another Cleveland of the sports world?

Seeing as your other teams have a legitimate chance at championships with in the next 10 years i'd say no, especially because of the Nationals. Bryce Harper and Steven Strasburg have the future looking quite bright.
