How can I create a folded anniversary card with Adobe CS5?

From the research I've done, Photoshop is the best Adobe CS5 application to make greeting cards with. Correct me if I'm wrong. Anyway, I've found some tutorials, but most of them show how to make an unfolded postcard, and they're usually targeted towards holidays (Christmas, Valentine's, etc.). I am fairly new to Photoshop, and what I have mainly used it for is just editing and enhancing photos. Are there any tutorials out there on how to make a folded anniversary card with CS5? Or even better, are there any greeting card templates I could use? If not, could one of you write your own tutorial for me and anyone else who may need it?
