Wheres a good place to go for my birthday?

I'm trying to think of what to do for my bday August 24th, I'm 23 year old puerto rican male college student in mid Florida and likes to party and go clubbing. I'm thinking about a cruise from Miami but a friend of mine said she can get plane tickets to the Caribbean for cheap. I'm on a little bit of a budget but will have money to spend, ne ideas? Maybe some special events or festivals toward the end of the month?
