Why do sporty girls turn more heads than hot girls?

some girls wear a t-shirt jersey, a tee fitted shirt, or a regular t-shirt with sweatpants. the others wear the popular clothing style or follow the fashion trend. why do the first group of girls get noticed more than the others who are considered hot?
