Fantasy football trade: Drew Brees for Kevin Kolb and DeAngelo Williams?

I have Brees, but i was offered Kolb and Williams. I also have Jonathan Stewart and Steve Smith (Carolina), so if i had Williams I would be getting nearly all of Carolina's touchdowns and yardage. Should I do this trade?
