How do I make this song as my ringtone in my phone?

I have the Samsung Impression and I have songs in the "Music" section section and I tried making a song as a ringtone but it doesn't seem to work. I already tried puting the songs in the Tones, Music, and Recorded Audio sections and everytime I try to make a ringtone, it doesn't work.
