Post Foley Catheter signs and symptoms?

I recently underwent ureatroplasty surgery and had a foley catheter in me for 3 weeks. I had it taken out about 3 days ago. I have a real hard time urinating. It isnt a solid stream, and it burns a little bit. It also feels like I have to urinate all the time. I was curious to know if these are symptoms that I should be expieriencing and will go away with time? And I also have quite a bit of chaffing on the tip of my . Was this caused by the catheter?
