What are your Home Depot gripes?

My neighbour also used Home Depot to renovate his kitchen. The contractors did a terrible job and took way longer than Home Depot had promised. One example of the poor workmanship was that the electrician drilled a hole through the wall to the outdoors, and left it wide open like that for bugs etc. to get in. My neighbour had to call home depot and complain to get someone to come back and fix it. He had tons of other issues with the workmanship too, so I would definitely never use them. Obviously Home Depot needs to do a better job of checking their sub-contractors' references, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction (and taking contractors who do a crappy job off of their list).
